The TFDU7100 IrDA compliant transceiver is a multimedia module that supports IrDA data transfer up to 4 Mbit/s (FIR) and bidirectional Remote Control operating over a range of more than 18 m. Integrated within the transceiver are two PIN photodiodes, an infrared emitter (IRED) and two low-power control IC.
