The SiP4280 is a Pchannel MOSFET power switch designed for highside load switching applications. The output pass transistor is a Pchannel MOSFET transistor with typically 80 m RDS(ON). The SiP4280 is available in two different versions of turnon times. The SiP42801 version has a slew rate limited turnon time typically of 1 ms. The SiP42803 version has a slew rate limited turnon time typically of 100 ms and additionally offers a shutdown load discharge circuit to rapidly turn off a load circuit when the switch is disabled.
