The Toshiba TLP2098 consists of two GaAAs infrared light emitting diode optically coupled to a high-gain, high-speed photodetector. The TLP2098 is housed in a 6-pin MFSOP. The TLP2098 has an internal Faraday shield, which provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 15 kV/s. The TLP2098 has an inverting output.
