The TM497BBK32H/I is a 16M-byte dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) device organized as 4 x 4 194 304 x 8 bits in a 72-pin leadless single-in-line memory module (SIMM). The SIMM is composed of eight TMS417400ADJ, 4 194 304 x 4-bit DRAMs, each in 24/26-lead plastic small-outline J-lead (SOJ) packages mounted on a substrate with decoupling capacitors.
