The 'HC266 are composed of four independent 2-input exclusive-NOR gates and feature open-drain outputs. They perform the Boolean function Y = A B or Y = AB + AB in positive logic. The SN54HC266 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of 55C to 125C. The SN74HC266 is characterized for operation from 40C to 85C. |
