The M54/74HC153 and M54/74HC253 are high speed CMOS DUAL 4-CHANNEL MULTIPLEXERS fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. Both achieve high speed operation, similar to equivalent LSTTL, while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. |
