The S1T8536 is a single chip RF transceiver optimized for use in ISM 2.45GHz wireless systems. It is fabricated using Samsung's ASP5HB 0.5um advanced BiCMOS process. The S1T8536 contains receiver, transmitter, frequency doubler, voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), phase locked loop(PLL) and crystal oscillator.
