The SPX2700/01/02 are a low power positive voltage regulators. The SPX2700/01/02 offers 700mA output current with a dropout voltage of only 0.5V and over temperature dropout is up to 1V. The quiescent current is 10mA at differential output of 5V and output current of 700mA. A higher quiescent current can exist when the device is in dropout mode (VIN -VOUT 3V). The regulator will automatically shut down to protect both the internal circuits and the load. This device also features short circuit and thermal overload protection.
