The RClampTM3304N is constructed using Semtech's proprietary EPD process technology. The EPD process provides low standoff voltages with significant reductions in leakage current and capacitance over siliconavalanche diode processes. They feature a true operating voltage of 3.3 volts for superior protection. The RClamp3304N is in a 10-pin, RoHs compliant, SLP2626P10 package. It measures 2.6 x 2.6 x 0.60mm. The leads are spaced at a pitch of 0.5mm and are finished with lead-free NiPd. The high surge capability (Ipp=25A, tp=8/20s) means it can be used in high threat environments and applications such as Gigabit Ethernet, telecommunication lines, and digital video.
