The RT9186 operates from 2.5V to 5.5V supply. The internal P-MOSFET pass transistor allows the regulator to work with 190A low quiescent current. Its preset output voltage version covers the most frequently used values, including 1.8V/2.5V/3.3V. Output voltage can also be adjusted via the ADJ pin for those other than the preset values. |
