The MR27V1602E is a 16 Mbit electrically Programmable Read-Only Memory that can be electrically switched between 1,048,576-word x 16-bit and 2,097,152-word x 8-bit configurations. This device operates on a single +3.3V power supply, and all inputs and outputs are TTL compatible.
