The NTE1929 is an adjustable 3terminal positive voltage regulator in a TO220 type package capable of supplying in excess of 3A over an output voltage range of 1.2V to 33V. This device employes internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area compensation making the it essentially blowout proof. |
