The ADC14071 is a 14-bit, monotholic analog to digital converter capable of conversion rates up to 8 Megasamples per second. This CMOS converter uses a differential, piperlined architecture with digital error correction and an on-chip track-and-hold circuit to maintain superb dynamic performance with input frequencies up to 20MHz.
