The PD78062Y, 78063Y and 78064Y are the same as the PD78062, 78063, and 78064 with I2C bus control functions added and are suitable for AV applications. They incorporate LCD controller/driver, 8-bit resolution A/D converter, timer, serial interface, interrupt functions and many other peripheral hardwares.
