The PD78F4046 is a product of the PD784046 Subseries in the 78K/IV Series. The PD78F4046 has flash memory in place of the internal ROM of the PD784046. The incorporation of flash memory allows a program to be written or erased while mounted on the target board. Detailed function descriptions are provided in the following user's manuals.
