The MIC5312 is a high performance, dual Cap low dropout regulator with integrated power-on reset supervisor, offering ultra-low operating current and a second, even lower operating current mode, LowQTM mode, reducing operating current by 75%. Each regulator can source up to 300mA of output current maximum.
