The MASWGM0001-Die is a double-pole double-throw switch that is fully matched to 50 ohms on both the input and output. Used in conjunction with the MA03502 or the MA03503, X-Band control MMICs, form the core of a transceiver module. Each device is 100% RF tested on wafer to ensure performance compliance. The part is fabricated using M/A-COM's repeatable, high performance and highly reliable GaAs Multifunction SelfAligned Gate (MSAG) MESFET Process.
