The ISL28196 and ISL28197 are micropower comparators optimized for low-power applications. The parts are designed for single-supply operation from 1.8V to 5.5V. The ISL28197 typically consumes 800nA of supply current and the ISL28196 typically consumes 2.5A of supply current. Both parts feature rail-to-rail input and output swing (RRIO), allowing for maximum battery usage. The ISL28196 features a propagation delay of 150s and the ISL28197 features a propagation delay of 0.6ms.
