The C8051F30x family of devices provides a quality mixed-signal, in-system programmable, system-on-chip microcontroller solution in an 11-pin micro lead package (MLP-11). Such a small package is useful (3x3 mm), but can be difficult to use for prototyping and system development. For this reason, Cygnal Integrated Products offers the C8051F30x device in a standard 300 mil PDIP package in prototyping quantities.
