The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMXD2004S and CMXD2004SR consists of Dual, In-Series pairs of High Voltage Silicon Switching Diodes, manufactured in a SUPERminiTM SOT-26 surface mount package, and designed for high voltage switching applications.
