The CM9107 LDOs features low dropout voltage by using efficient P-channel MOSFETs for each output. It also features a power good signal (active high) when all three LDOs are in regulation. It provides two shut down control pins, LDO1 and LDO2 power sequencing, plus shor t-circuit and over-temperature shutdown pro tection.
