The AT78C3006 is a 6-channel motor driver for optical disc drive system. It's designed for precise and reliable CD/DVD read/write control. It has 2 output channels for slidemotor control, a 3-channel BTL driver and a 3-phase motor driver. Its direct PWM motor control system consumes very low power. Voltage supplies can be set separately for spindle, slide, focus, and loading. Standby, thermal shutdown, over-voltage and PUH protection are integrated as part of system power saving and protection.
