The AMS1503 series has fast transient response. The Adjust pin is brought out on fixed devices. To further improve the transient response the addition of a small capacitor on the Adjust pin is recommended. The AMS1503 series are ideal for generating power supplies of 2V to 3V where both 5V and 3.3V supplies are available. The AMS1503 devices are offered in 5 lead TO-220 and TO-263 (plastic DD) packages and in the 7 lead TO-220 package.
