The AD773A is a monolithic 10-bit, 20 Msps analog-to-digital converter incorporating an on-board, high performance trackand-hold amplifier (THA). The AD773A converts video bandwidth signals without the use of an external THA. The AD773A implements a multistage differential pipelined architecture with output error correction logic.
