The AAT2514 SwitchRegTM is a dual channel current mode PWM DC-DC step-down converter operating at 1.5MHz constant frequency. The device is ideal for portable equipment requiring two separate power supplies that need high current up to 600mA. The device operates from single-cell Lithium-ion batteries while still achieving over 96% efficiency. The AAT2514 also can run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems while light load operation provides very low output ripple for noise sensitive applications.
